Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The name of my business is Resurgam. Resurgam is latin for "I shall rise again". The name has a lot of meaning to me personally because I am charting a new direction in my life and basically starting over from scratch. This new business is a part of that.

I would like the new logo to feature a Phoenix (it's a mythological bird - Google if you're unsure) and the word Resurgam. A lot of the images of Phoenix on the internet are very elaborate with a lot of fire imagery. That's not what I'm looking for. I just want a very basic outline of the bird (can even just be the wings and head) with the word Resurgam somewhere in the logo. I'd like the logo initially designed using black and white (you can also use grey) and then if I get a basic design that I like, I may consider using other colors.
