Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

I would like to have a cool design that will be worn under all the Chief Petty Officers in my squadron. My unit is VP-1 the Screaming eagles. The shirt will be navy blue, and would like a cool design on the back and something on the left chest.
For the back design I'm thinking something with an eagle holding a submarine broke in half and have the words Screaming Eagle on it.
The front have our command logo with the three navy chief anchors above it. Just my ideas so far.
