Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a re-design of the logo for a coworking space.
The coworking space targets for tech startup and creative freelances.
The concept is a place to build, bond and boost the business.
The name itself BIG is short for Business Innovation Garage. It is a converted warehouse into a working space, event hall, big training hall and meeting rooms.

Image needs to have the feeling of modern, high tech, minimal, yet creative.

The original logo uses galano grotesque font and avenir. We feel that it is a bit too generic and need to up-level on the creativity a bit there.

The logo will featured on top of the warehouse building, so it needs to quite big and bold. But not too heavy since it needs to also appear in the reception hall too.
We would like the logo to be fitted in a squared space.

The color theme is deep blue preferably 90%-100% ( single color)
If needed other color for the 10%, you may use white, grey, black or yellow. ( maximum 2 color in the logo)

Please note that it may not need to be a full re-design but modernisation or additional element of the old design is also welcome.
