Our organisation, the Western Metro Regional Assessment Service, provides in home assessments to aged clients who are seeking assistance with everyday tasks that will support them to remain living in their home. We need a booklet designed to provide to our clients following an aged care assessment for in home services.

• The booklet must have large print (minimum 12 font size) and be easy to read by the aging consumer. Should be A4 sized. As the content changes from time to time, we need the ability to edit the text. Photos of independent seniors
