Creating a brochure with the information provided in the word document attached below.. along with the logo.. All the information for the brochure is in the word document.. I attached a logo of endocrinology dept in the files.. Use that logo more promintenly than the slayback health logo..

Most of the designs submitted till now didn't understand what was written on the word document.. The tri-fold should be designed to tell a story.. it should capture the attention just by its title.. then all the information provided should hook them in..
