Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need a logo for a team at my company. I know exactly what I want, I just need someone to create it. We would like it to look like bomber nose art, so it would be a pin up model using a rotary phone, smoking a roll up cigarette. But this image will be on the nose of an aircraft, so you should be able to see either a bit of the cockpit or an engine so you know it's on a plane. The name "Dial-High Club" should be in a 1940s style font like the files I've attached.We will be printing these on navy blue t shirts. Thanks!
