This is my Doubt in the plot of the animation 1, when you says "in a health center… in a large community" you refer to a build that is a health center, and is part of many other buildings in that area, like homes and other kind of edifications, with streets and trees, like an urban zone. Or the frase "in a large community" refer to a crowd of people around the health center? or in a given case.. both?
