Resumen de Diseño de Logo

UPDATE (Sat 29 Jul): Have completely updated the brief as I want new designs to be playful

I need a logo for a YouTube channel called 'final frontier' (youtube.com/c/finalfrontier). The channel uploads videos on science fiction television/films, with a particular focus at this moment on Star Trek and Star Wars. Please do take a look at the channel content to get an idea of what is being shown.

Logo elements: I would like the logo to consist of:

1. A beautiful visual element (icon)
- Must be readily associated with science fiction, eg Star Trek delta symbol, planet, rocket, comet, flying saucer, star, galaxy, etc. - I have LOTS of rocket motifs so no more unless you think it's AMAZING!
- This should be beautiful, dynamic and must look great on merchandise such as a T-shirt
- Please note the YouTube channel logo is round (do check it out here: www.youtube.com/c/finalfrontier); the icon in the logo doesn't necessarily need to be round but having a straight bottom edge would make it difficult to fit

2. The 'final frontier' name
- Make this contemporary but playful; not a single colour
- Seem to like all lower case more
- Experiment with different options, eg distressing the logo; play with the 'f' to make it longer, adding a glow, balloon writing, etc

Note: The visual element should be able to be used separately to the name, although maybe 'FF' could be used within the visual element instead of the full name

Other uses:
I would like the logo to be able to use the logo on merchandise, such as T-shirts. As mentioned above, this may be just the visual element without the name of the channel - possibly with 'FF' incorporate into this element.

I have attached some playful logos that I like as I want more options like this. I am, however, open to new ideas that I haven't shown here - SURPRISE ME!

• - Visual element (ie icon) that could be used separately for merchandising purposes
• - Icon should fit within a circle as this is how it looks on YouTube channel homepage
• - Font should be elegant, perhaps each word should be a different colour
