Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new charitable trust called PEN Trust. Our purpose is to give money and support to charities and organisations.
We have two businesses that give money to the trust – one is a Financial Services Consultancy called PEN Partnership (www.penpartnership.com) and the other is a Customer Experience Consultancy called PEN CX. For reference I have uploaded the logo for this business.
We would like the logo to reference the existing PEN Partnership and PEN CX logos in some way, ideally by using the same font for 'PEN', so that it feels part of the same 'family', however we would like to also demonstrate factors which give PEN Trust its own identity, particularly focusing on the fact it is a for a charitable cause.
The values of the two other businesses are -
Integrity - Acting in the right and fair way
Honesty - Being transparent and straight forward, always speaking our minds and not hiding behind jargon
Fun - Life is too short, lets enjoy the journey
Passion - We care about and love the work we do
Quality - Always deliver to the highest standards
Together - We work collectively, together we are stronger than the sum of our parts
Please consider suggesting different versions of the logo to be used on web, email sign off, social media, powerpoint etc.
With the logo please also suggest a colour palate which can be used across all of our materials
