I've started working on the site, I have some questions with regards to current user experience on the site,
Could you post most common problems the users of the site experience?

- Can you tell us little about your customers , how do you describe them? maybe age range?
- If you were to chose one goal for the new site, what would it be? eg. Attract more customers? improve usability of the site?

What's your preferations for the site, would you rather have single page (the one with long scrolling) or the site that's divided into sections ?
