Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Looking to have a new identifiable logo made up for my newish online whisky store. I've attached the current logo which is way too busy with too many little things on there which disappear when the item is small on business cards, stickers etc. Would like something a bit more simple and potentially using the shape of malt somewhere in it.

I've also attached a few logos I like to give you a feel
