Need to be able to use for Tshirts and patches. Hand Drawing attached. Looking for a patch/t shirt art for use for a law enforcement unit for the Trussville Police Department. Looking for a skull center with a meth pipe and syringe behind the back in a cross which is shown in the attached sketch. Looking to have this done quickly.
