Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a local cancer charity who is looking to refresh their brand. The Cancer Support Group (http://thecancersupportgroup.org.au/) raises funds to distribute to those experiencing financial hardship due to cancer in the local Canberra and Queanbeyan region (Australia). It is important to differentiate from other charities like the Cancer Council and should tie in with the local Canberra region.
We are considering chaning the name from Cancer Support Group to either 'Rise Above' or 'Capital Cancer Support'. We would like to see designs for both options. We also like the idea of incorporating a hot air balloon as it symbolises 'lightening' the load or the financial burden, however this is not mandatory. No specific colours in mind but must be bold and virbrant - no yellow or orange.
We would also like to tie into the look and feel of the CBR brand (https://canberra.com.au/brand/).
