We need a logo design for a company called "Tidewater Hub." Our mission is to help homeowners feel confident in their real estate purchase by democratizing complex flood hazard regulations, land use ordinances, and potential property impacts. Tidewater Hub is an online and professional service firm that informs individuals of coastal hazards and regulatory constraints when considering purchase of real estate. Our service provides clarity to complex and legalistic coastal hazard and land use regulatory constraints. We synthesize the various issues a prospective real estate purchased should be privy to. This includes flood hazard liabilities, hurricane storm surge impacts, and unforeseen regulatory constraints. This information is available to public, but is overly complex and burdensome for the lay-person to navigate. The design should provide both a logo in picture format and one that includes "Tidewater Hub" spelled out. The logo should be crisp and clean. Association with the coast is fine, but not too tacky. Greens or blues are fine. The company is located in Wilmington, NC. We intend to service coastal areas along the east coast.
