Bay Lakes subdivision in Orlando Florida is a community of 400 homes that was developed in 1985. It is surrounded by upscale neighborhoods like Bay Hill and South Bay. The Home Owners Association (HOA) has been working to revitalize the neighborhood. As part of this initiative we have identified that the logo should be updated to reflect a more modern and upscale neighborhood. This logo will be used for the newsletter, the website www.baylakeshoa.com and eventually for the signs for the front and back entrances of the community. Our logo looks like it is stuck in 1984 and we believe if we could better brand our neighborhood that would help to make the neighborhood more of a consideration for buyers in the area. A little more about Bay Lakes - it is unique for the area as there is a Home Owner's park that is beautiful that is between two small lakes. Each lake has a dock that you can walk out on and watch the sunrise or set. Some people kayak on the lake - no engines or motor boats are allowed. There is a playground for the kids and a tennis court. It's really an undiscovered gem in the area.
