Resumen de Diseño de Newsletter

I need a newsletter that looks professional - our society colour is navy and white. I have also attached the READ newsletter which has a similar layout to what I want my one to look like. I have attached our logo as well to go on the front page with the title 'The Society of Radiologists in Training Newsletter - Issue 1'.
I would like the newsletter to be 6 pages exactly like the READ newsletter please. I have attached the content of the newsletter in the order I want it in:

1) President of The SRT Column with portrait picture and President of the RCR Welcome Message (portrait picture and RCR logo) on the same page if possible
2) BIR content with group photo and BIR logo
3) Radiology Cafe content with logo and portrait photo
4) & 5) Liverpool Annual Educational Conference with 5 photos if they all fit
6) JRF (with group photo) and RadJobs (with logo).

Please let me know if you need high quality versions of the logos.
