Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new Fintech solutions company. Software development in Financial Services industry but looking also at other sectors. Ideally thinking about a circular formation - think about an ice cold glass of water. When placed down and lifted, it creates a watermark from the condensation on the outside of the glass with the water dripping down. Include 3 droplets inside the circle (not in the middle but towards the edge of the circular shape).

Logo - should seem not to be an exact circular shape - but more of a circular form. The look of it is almost as if using a paintbrush to draw - rustic shaped. Colour - go with Blue...

Text - Use the company name as just 'TONIC' - registered as Tonic Solutions but we'll shorten it in the logo view. As the company is based towards software development, encompass an edgy and hip feel, not clinical and precise. Black print...

Include mission statement in design as footnote, we have two not sure which to go with yet....
