Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi,
I need a logo for our company website (www.stridingedge.com.au).
The company is an IT consultancy that provides services to corporate and government clients in Australia. The website is the place where potential customers go to find out more about us.

Please feel free to check out the site. I am happy with the overall layout and the colour scheme, but the current logo lacks a professional look. It is important that the site have professional credibility, but I'm looking for a bit of aesthetic flair too!

The company is named after Striding Edge which is a precipitous mountain path on the English mountain Helvelyn. I am guessing the logo should reflect the mountain or edge metaphor.

The logo should be designed for a dark background and we have no particular colour scheme in mind, although it should work with the green used elsewhere on the site.

We are looking forward to seeing some designs
