Resumen de Diseño Wordpress

Hello we are looking to have a new word press design for our site. This is a site for a dietician who works consulting patients and providing corporate wellness services. The purpose of the site is to be a place for potential customers to see what we offer and how to contact us. I will attach our logo and script for the design we would like included. The overall feel we are going for is professional and upscale yet simple.

We own the site lizaxelrod.com already and are unsure how this works and what access you need. Please advise.
