Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We require a logo that will be used heavily on leaflets, web portals and stationary, so it will require a clear distintive look that is clear, eye pleasing and catchy and at he same time be easy to remember. This is a total rebrand so do not want to improve on old logos. I feel the yellow and grey combination does suit each other and present a professional look with the right typography. I feel the modern age does require a quirky typography to have a distintive bold look which will set the tread for the remaining items of stationary and even website. I would like the logo to have a feature that can also be used as a standalone; such as the attached LOCATION LOCATION has the yellow drop which adapts onto boards etc and also Foxtons had the F that is very distinctive and is connected th ethe full logo.
