Our company, Klé-en-main (French for Turnkey), provides complete web services for vitamins, supplements and natural health businesses (but could do more eventually).

Basically, we deal with two different integrated services:
- Virtual online stores and other web services
- Product inventory/shipping

We would like our logo to reflect these two pillars. We would also like our logo to show the dynamic relationship between the two: our clients' customers buy a product online and we take care of everything (from the shipping itself to customer service).

We do deal with health and vitamin products but representing this side of the business is not an obligation. We particularly want to avoid a pharmaceutical company logo.

Hi there,

To help you with a little illustration of what we had in mind coming in this design contest, I'm adding a sketch to the brief.

Warning: it's painful to look at. It's a good reminder to all of you designers that you are blessed with talent unlike most people (especially me).

What is it? It mimics a stamp (the kind with ink). Why? Because we deal with shipping.
It also has, in one part of the drawing, a hand carrying a computer. Why? Because we're online.
It also has, in one part of the drawing, a hand carrying a truck. Why? Once again, because we deal with shipping.

We received many interesting suggestions that do not follow at all this suggestion. We also might end up choosing a design that do not follow that very suggestion. The thing is, it's hard to exactly describe what we are looking for, and that might help to illustrate it. 
If you're really good with illustrator but not so good with coming up with new ideas, go ahead and to that. If you're not so good technically but have a great idea, do your great idea and we'll be the last to judge. Remember that in the end this is a design suggestion. If you think you can make it better in any way, do it, we'll appreciate the effort and creativity.

Since we want to make it fair for everyone, we'll extend our project's delay by 3 days.

  • Our logo could represent two hands, one with a box or delivery truck and one with a computer. The two could be tied together by a visual element conveying a sense of movement (an arrow, for example, or even the shape of a postal stamp [see awful sketch provided]).
    But we're not exactly the creative type. If you have a better idea, we'd love to see it!

  • As you might have understood by reading this brief, explaining what we do is no easy task. It would be nice for our logo to play a part in this explanation. Therefore, we'd like to avoid completely abstract logos.
