Hello Project Owner, it is impossible to deliver design concepts, revisions, prepress files for two flyers at the budget proposed. Two flyers - it means lots of the job to get done. plus, we have to consider, 15% DCrowd fee, transaction fees, and taxes. it makes approx. 25 USD per flyer. for example, One single Shutterstock image at standard subscription ( 5 images on demand) cost 16 USD. And what if your flyer needs 4-5 images to convey the message?

The request is pretty basic. We are not asking for a bunch of shutterstock photos. I want the designer to make a flyer with the information given and just jazz it up a bit.

Thank you for explanation and eventually promt reply, it makes a sense and clears up more your idea. If possible, please prolonge your contest for few more days to submit mu proposal. As far as here is deep night, 22 hours left are not enough to come up with the concept.
Do you want a 3-fold flyer with you company credentials ( logo, info etc.) or just a double-sided lettersize?

single sheet flyer. putting our logo somewhere on the flyer would be great. Just do not want it to look like we copied and pasted it in word.
