Resumen de Diseño de Etiqueta

I am not an artist, but I thought it might be helpful to draw out what I am looking for. I hope this is useful! I've attached the files.

- The label will be going on a 375 mL Amber Bottle, and it has to be 3.33 inches high and 4 inches wide. I’d like the label to have a white background but I’m totally open to design layers and color.
-I would like my logo and our name to be the "eye catching" feature on the bottle as it sits on the shelf. The government warning needs to be flipped horizontally on the side of the label. I’ve attached the Inkscape file, so you can have the exact wording for the government label and the barcode. I also need to have, "Produced and bottled by Lion's Head Meadery in Seaford, York County, VA" & "Contains Sulfites" on the label. Please put it in small print.
-Please, place our slogan “Buy Mead. Save The Bees.” at the forefront of the label. Our product is a “Bourbon Barrel Aged Mead,” which also needs to be on the front real estate of the label. Please, put “8 – 10% ALC/VOL 375 mL” on the front of the label (small print). The name of this product line is called, “Ornery.” I’d like to include “Veteran owned and operated” – perhaps in a banner over the company’s logo or somewhere in the product description space?
-Description of Product Line on Bottle: “Ornery is crafted with raw Virginia honey, aged in Virginian bourbon barrels, and made by you guessed it, real Virginians. For gustatory excellence, serve chilled in a snifter glass with friends. Bonus points, it’s naturally gluten free.”

- One last thing – artist must send me the SVG file (after it is made), so I can edit it to fit other label sizes/colors/etc. Thank you!
