Mobile Catering for Amercian style BBQ.

My business is new but there are others out there. The back ground of my business is bbq food with the like of beef brisket, pork, ribs, lamb & chicken. The reason i have named my business Low N Smokey BBQ is that everything is cooked at low temps over alot of hours. The Smokey part is we use different types of wood esspecially fruit wood which give a nice flavour to the meat. The meat is cooked with either wood ie Jarrah or charcoal and using different types of bbqs like charcoal webers, proq bullets and the main 1 is big bbq offsets. I will send i picture of the wood fired offsets.

i'm pretty open to anything as long as it has something to do with the business name and catchy where it will grab peoples attention.

i only have a personal blog both on Instagram- jimmys_bbq and facebook jimmys BBQ low & slow.
