Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new Western Australian gas production company that is working to develop a large offshore gas field.
We would like a logo that is focussed on our name "Western Gas".
It needs to be simple and standout. Simple text of the name, possible with the first letters standing out as larger text.
Basic colours are best, ie dark blues and maybe some contrasting yellow for instance.

Requisitos

Debes tener

• After a simple logo, like the attached image of Optus Sport and my mock up of Western Gas, ie "Western" in blue text in white box (blue surround) then "Gas" in white text in solid blue box. Please provide versions of similar design to this of similar themes.

Agradable de tener

• None

No debería tener

• No symbols, just the company name, definitely no images of drill rigs, flames, oil drops.
