Why oh why did you choose the designer who has completely copied the supplied image? It is called plagiarism. I don't see anything in the brief about copying the supplied image?? So you award money to someone who copies and waste everyone else's time. In a word "Disgraceful.
Oh and good luck trying to register your new copied logo. No chance at all.
