Functioning site? I have The site on Godaddy, don't know how that works

That is just a place to put your site. You will have to get the site coded (functioning) to out it on godaddy. What you get from here is just a design.

Are you looking for some one who can work for you from very beginning to the end? If yes, This needs to be discussed.

When you will get a new design, you will definitely have to get it coded man. You cant just put a new design over your existing site.
