Pisces have recently launched a new site using Square Space CMS system (http://www.piscesmortgagesoftware.com.au). We are looking to update the look and feel to match the rest of our brands (http://www.starcom.com.au and http://www.newsnet.com.au) We are keen for the design to be more visually engaging, incorporating more imagery and create a clean and easy to navigate interface.

We are looking for 2 pages to be designed. The first page would be the homepage which should contain the following:
Menu to the sub categories provided in the site map.
Room for latest news articles
Small area for polls
Contact us section
Page 2 should offer a content page. An example of this would be CRM (sales Platform) from the site map. This page would need to contain an overall description of the product and menu to the following:
Flash Demo.
Features and Benefits.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Pisces offer software and web tools that enable Mortgage brokers to manage their clients, choose the most applicable loan and submit applications to the lender (bank).
The target market for this site is mainly mortgage brokers and the banking industry (lenders, Brokerages and Aggregators of homeloans).
Mortgage brokers often work in small brokerages or are self employed running their business within the local community, alternatively they may own a franchise business such as Aussie Home Loans, RAMS or Mortgage Choice.

• Although Pisces offers mortgage software to brokers we do not sell homeloans or deal directly with buyers, therefore pictures of houses and a look you see from lenders is not what we are looking for. Our customers are Mortgage brokers and top tier banks.
