We need a binder cover design to be displayed either on the front only, front and spine, or front, spine, and back of a data/systems integration proposal response. Please use the following link to understand the specifications for the Machina 3-Ring Binder option that will be used for this project:

The design can be a picture, image, or graphic that connotes some/many of the following themes. We are also open to color photo/art, metal embossing, and metal etching.

- Automobile industry
- Clean air
- High quality
- Efficiency
- Professional
- Engineering
- Scientific/technological advances
- Digitization (1's & 0's - since client is looking for an IT provider to manage their systems)

What will also be included on the cover is the following:

- Volume #/Name (we’ll print three versions of the same cover with different volume #/name)
- Our logo (to be provided to the winning designer)
- Our client’s logo (to be provided to the winning designer)
- A title line (to be provided to the winning designer)
- Date

The design that will be used on the binders will need to be transferrable to a CD cover/sticker. So, if a metal etching is used on the binders, we will need something similar printed on a CD sticker. Another example, if a color photo is used on the binders, then we will need a smaller version for the CD sticker (with room to still print the title, etc.).

Please see uploaded file for what was submitted with our draft version to the client. Although this cover page was adequate for the draft proposal, we are seeking something more impactful and original for the final version of our proposal. The client review panel is a group of IT/engineers in the automobile/clean air industry with an eye for details, facts, and data. Thank you in advance for your help!
