Do you have any sample diagram design that you like ?. That will help a lot

I do, I uploaded a document that has a very basic graphic of the model on the first page. Were you able to see that? I am hoping for something similar but more creative. The model needs to have the 4 domains depicted somehow ( supervision, socialization, Professional practice, Resiliency)
