Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have a Financial Planning business and i am considering mimicking the logo of a current Product i use (Colonial First State), with the aim for my clients to already identify with it and trust it. I will upload the Colonial First State logo for comparison, where I'm looking to change the wording to "First Choice Wealth Management" (I have attached a logo i had made from another company to give you an idea) and also possible change the back ground colors to my favorite sporting team, the South Sydney Rabbitohs". I will upload the color scheme of the Rabbitohs.

I also like the blues in the superman pictures I’ve attached - maybe matched with silver?? A metallic blue & silver look.

• or
• considering copying the blue & red colors of the Colonial First State logo I uploaded - maybe invert the colors to differentiate and avoid trade mark breaches that Colonial might have??
