Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I would like a logo designed for my soon to be launched Triathlon Coaching company based in Perth Western Australia - The company works with a squad of athletes to generate a supportive environment where people can train hard, improve their skills and get to their personal goals - whether Professional or wanting to complete their first event. The logo needs to be worn on sports kit and feature on our own brand bikes. Ideally there is a small logo (badge) and a bigger version that fits across the chest. I would like it if the logo background can be changed easily from black to white. I would really like some distinctive racing stripes to stand out in the pack so we can be easily spotted - I am a sucker for Fluro highlights but am also inspired by Surf Culture, The Cycling Fixie Scene or a Cafe Racer Feel. People who know me would probably say I was a bit retro - something that was a modern interpretation of something from the 80s/90s would match me.

The design should reflect the name tailwind - something that both supports and drives you along
