Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for a new amazing product called DMusiX - Stage lighting control for musicians. Performers will use this to control their stage lighting via DMX protocol.

I've attached my initials thoughts on the logo. Feel free to start from this or propose something different. I also attached an image of the prototype (to inspire you).

What I need:
- Color version of the logo
- Back and white versions for dark and light backgrounds
- Small square icon based on the logo (goal: favourite ico, starting point for a future app icon, etc)
- Color palette and font specs
