I don't have a clear understanding of what it is exactly that you want.

The document is a ''mind map'' for peoject managers to follow when making communication decisions.

It will be used as a hard copy document for project managers to use as a resource and will also be displayed on a PowerPoint slide for training purposes. 

It should be followed like a process flow and if neccesary the user can interact with the main steps, for example add initials for stakeholders who need to be kept informed or add a tick to the email box when considering what medium to use when communicating.
