Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Background:
Brauning Appraisals, a residential real estate appraisal firm located in Napa, CA, is looking to re-brand to Valuation Group Inc. The change stems from the need for the owner, Dan Brauning, to take a step out of the limelight to allow the company to operate more as a corporation than a sole-proprietor. He wants his name removed from the identity of the day-to-day business operations. We are also growing the size of the firm, as well as our service area.


Objective:
A) To create a visually appealing, easy to read graphic logo + typography lock-up. In addition to the Logo Icon + Typography ("Valuation Group Inc") lock-up, we also want A) to have the graphic logo element to be a stand-alone icon, (as a file) and B) the Typography to be a stand-alone brand element (as a file) as well. Also: we are interested in seeing/using the abbreviation VGI.

We need to be able to use our logo/brand standards in our print collateral (letterhead, business cards, flyers), attire (shirts, jackets, apparel), e-marketing (social media, email signatures), and our website & intranet.


Audience:
We serve regional and national banks and lenders, lawyers, regional estate/asset management companies, and private parties. We work with real estate agents, title companies, property management companies, the local community and more.
