Resumen de Diseño de Póster

Hello, We currently have a poster with our college placements from 2008 until 2017. Instead of reordering the large expensive poster yearly, we were thinking of redesigning the way we print them and do them 2 years at a time so we can order a new poster in 2 years instead of redoing and adding to the old. Looking for best way to do this and to update our poster design which I will attach.
