Increasing the budget was certainly a good move, but if you really wanna start getting results, you should think of guaranteeing the payment. ......................and please clearify: do you need logo only ...or (as your text now shows) a logo plus a tag??

Thank you for the feedback. Interesting I have another "contest" going right now for slightly less $$ and I've received 80+ designs. Not sure why off to a slow start on this one. Anyway . . I am planning on selecting a winner as I'm giving this as a gift of sorts to my wife. I am planning on having clothing labels made of various sizes with this logo, some as small as 2" x .625". I just need to submit the artwork to the label mfr.
