My name is Ken Hudson - i have a PhD in Organisational Creativity and have written a few books on creative & speed thinking. You can check me out by visiting www.drkenhudson.com

I have uncovered an amazing insight of what stops most people from being more creative.

Themselves.

They filter & judge their own rich, new ideas. I have found the best way to overcome this self-limiting behaviour is to encourage people to think of ideas really quickly so they have no time to judge - they just create.

I call this accelerated form of creativity - Speed Thinking and the tool i have developed is Ideas Blitz. There are 5 steps - Start, enhance, connect, evaluate & action.

The most important step is the start where i ask each person to create 9 ideas in 2 minutes using a visual bubble format (see the uploaded file). For many people this magic formula (my wording) is the very essence of an Ideas Blitz.

I wish to develop a new word press site which promotes Ideas Blitz.

My vision is to have all the world Blitzing. In a time-poor world where students, managers, leaders & small business owners are being asked to be more creative, innovative and do more with less - we need better, faster tools.

Idea Blitz is an ideal tool for this new world.

I passionately believe in the power of Ideas Blitz to unlock amazing creativity in the most logical of people.

I have tested this new tool with thousands of people across Australia, Asia and the US.

I would like to develop a web site which is as creative as the tool itself. My aim is top create a site that explains the concept of an Idea Blitz through the use of videos, blogs and refer visitors to the new mobile app.

I would like this site to be talked about and help to create a movement of Blitzers around the world.

Ideas Blitz is the next great creative thinking tool after Brainstorming (developed 70 years ago) & Mindmapping (developed 30 years ago).

Idea Blitz can be used by an individual, partner or group.

The key benefits of using an Ideas Blitz are:
- It is a simple, practical, effective way of unlocking the creativity of everyone.
- Ideas Blitz is fast & time efficient.
- It helps people who procrastinate to get started (some 20-25% of the adult population are chronic procrastinators; 70% plus for students).
- It enables everyone in group work to contribute their ideas because each person has to create 9 ideas in 2 minutes
- People feel more confident and energised and
- It accelerates progress

In large organisations it would engage and interest anyone involved in marketing, innovation, advertising, research, HR, new product development, customer service, training, sales etc.

The people who are most interested in my work have a particular mindset - they are open to new ideas, want to challenge the status quo, welcome change, like learning, sharing and collaborating.

The other segment are those people who are interested in helping others to reach their potential e.g. teachers, trainers, facilitators, coaches etc.

• The Ideas Blitz web site design should be clean, simple and answer the following questions:
  
  - What is an Ideas Blitz? A breakthrough thinking tool and app that overcomes the biggest barrier that stops most people from being more creative ( or reaching their full creative potential) - i.e. their own internal judging, critical voice.
  
  It's your mobile creative system.
  
  - Who should Blitz? High School right through to university students, small business owners, managers & leaders.
  
  When to Blitz: You can Blitz at any time - in a bus, train, subway, work in the class room. But here are some specific examples
  - In a brainstorming, ideation, planning session
  - In group work
  - You can use as a weekly to do list
  - When you need to solve a problem or generate an idea
  - You have a flash of inspiration and want to capture an idea or make an existing idea 9 times better
  - To do an initial structure an essay, project, assignment, presentation or speech.
  - To summarise a topic etc etc etc

  The bubbles (see the uploaded file) are an important part of the Ideas Blitz tool so this might be worth highlighting in some way (the bubbles help users to make connections and escape thinking in a logical, structured, list type way).
