Resumen de Diseño de Póster

We need a For Sale Sign designed for our agency. I want a very simple/elegant sign that says "For Sale" towards the top of the sign (not in huge letters). Most of the sign should be a design/picture with our name and phone number somewhere at the bottom.

One significant detail, it's important that our logo not be too big or the center piece of the sign. Since our company name has the word "rent" in it, people assume the house is for rent, instead of for sale.

I attached our logo and a rough outline of the format I'm looking for.
