Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a recognisable logo that helps clients instantly feel comfortable and drawn to our business. The logo needs to be easily adaptable to social media, business cards, shirts etc. I would love to see the overall design have the words "CarterNutrition" on it as well as a picture/logo/design that is unique to us, that can be broken down on its own to use as a 'mark', to help us be eaisly recognisable from just that picture.

I am a Clinical Holisitic Nutritionist, am accredited through ATMS and work with healing the body and its ailments (from weight loss, food intolerances, skin conditions and everything in between) through support and education and tailored food and lifestyle changes.

I am looking to see something that gives off a vibe of trust, support and sophistication while having the look of fresh, clean, and natural. (I don't want it to look sterile etc). I also don't like pictures/silhouettes etc. of food, as I think that looks cheap/childlike.

I would like to see the colours stay neutral/natural looking but with a 'pop' of colour to help draw the eye to my logo instead of someone else's.
I'm interested to see what colour combinations you can come up with, but Turquoise must be featured somehow because my office colour scheme is white and light grey with light coloured timber with pop's of turquoise, so maybe keeping with or close to that would be great- so it matches. But I'm open to seeing different combinations.
