Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

I need an image that combines a few concepts, a hand holding a golden snitch wearing a jester's hat. (See concept sketch).

1. The hand should be a 'right' hand in the posture similar to the images supplied.
2. The golden snitch (of Harry Potter fame) should have the Tao Te Ching (Yin Yang) oriented horizontally with the wings emanating from the circles. The fidget file attached shows the corporate merchandise I'm considering.
3. The Jester's hat should have eyes in each of the peaks around the headband and a sphere with a mouth hanging from the top.

The image needs to be an illustration that borders on a cartoon and can be separated into the 3 main parts.
