Haha..! They are two faces intertwined with a ying-yang (note the eyes are the dots). The upright one is a altruistic/passive/nervous/agreeable mask where as the upside down one is aggressive/dis-agreeable mask.

Sometimes our good deals in society are simply our ego, service, work, way, for which we want to gain recognition and understanding.
