Thanks Soula, very creative design and I understand your request for a first feedback to undertand if you are on the right track. Frankly speaking the design is impressive but too arty for the type of business we are in. As we will do recruitment for banks, manufacturing industry, FMCG , etc. so the face in the logo makes it a bit too arty & "creative" for our clients (such a design would perhaps better suit actors or model agency)...

Very good work alexandra! I really like it!
Perhaps interesting idea to map the colour of the word "Talent" on the head and the two stripes on the side plus map then the colour of the word "Basis" on the two legs/arms stripes.
