Resumen de Diseño Web
We have our site up and running but need to change the overall look and feel of the site, from the external pages to the internal customer facing pages. I need a site that will appeal to recent college grads as the primary target audience to customer in there 50's either trying to hold on to the job they have or trying to move on.
I would like to have 2 pages designed for this contest, the home page and the customer internal dashboard page. You can view the home page at www.careershout.com. I have taken two screen shots of the not completed Dashboard page, top and bottom.
The winner of this contest will be hired by us to design all remaining pages for the site including our tools.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: We are revising the specifications for the requested designs in an attempt at better conveying what we are looking for. Most designs received so far have been a reiteration of what we currently have and realize this may be due to a lack of communication. We will have our new spec up on Tuesday.
