Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Text based logo needed for food and travel blog called Belly Rumbles.
(or text + GRAPHICAL ELEMENT)


Logo is to be used on website, business cards and general branding.
NOTE: BUSINESS CARDS.

Horizontal and long rather than tall.

Important that the logo be unique.

A quirky sense of humour is fine. The "B" in Belly could be played on.
Belly concepts could be fun but no jolly Buddhas please. I am not 100% stuck on the "B as a belly" idea and I am open to all creative suggestion which can focus the logo around food and travel. (UPDATE: SUBTLE not over the top)


UPDATE:
While fun is fine, the blog itself needs to present restaurant reviews and present these well. Good typography / kerning and classic typefaces (serifs like caslon or bembo) may also work well .. might lift the tone ... and might be a contrast with (or a play on ) the B ..

UPDATE: A simple image or a treatment on the B that can be re-used in different ways on the blog would be great.

The blog covers recipes, restaurant reviews, product reviews as well as travel eats and general information. Food is the major focus of the blog with travel stories when I am lucky enough travel.

The website will be undergoing a face lift over the next 4 months, therefore please do not base your design on the current site.

My readers range from late teens right through to 70, I have a broad age range of readers. Readership is both female and male.

Colours I would like you to stay away from in a dominant way are red, purple and yellow
