Name, Logo, Colors, Slogan, Flyer , Custom Brochure, Business , Membership Card provide Sample

First I need a NAME for the home rewards program which is employee benefit program that you need to become a member to take advantage of the membership. Then I need a logo the that I have a sample flyer brochere that I want to use it on. I will be happy to share the sample once I go with a designer. Thanks
