Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for an existing management consulting company in Canada that works exclusively with indigenous (First Nation) clients. The company provides Indigenous clients with financial management and controller services, provides support for the execution of resource development projects, will lead or support resource dev't negotiations, and will lead & support clients with business development projects from concept thru implementation. The name "Egwaa" is an oji-cree word that means "come on, let's go, I'll show you". Our old logo uses an eagle feather. The feather represents the strength of the eagle, and the ability of the eagle to oversee and determine direction. The logo should not just be letters but include an eagle feather or some other indigenous First Nation depiction that is relevant to the company.
