Our company is a newly joined accounting firm, specializing in virtual controller/CFO and business consulting services located in Western Canada. We require a logo design and business card for use in our business.

The company name is '4-A Professional Services' which is based on the initials of the family members of our founding partner. Family and personal service is a main goal of our firm. We are not a traditional accounting firm; our goal is to be an integral part of our clients’ companies and their growth and success.

4-A Professional Services will specialize in “Virtual Controller/CFO” functions such as developing financial solutions and management processes for businesses, along with providing traditional accounting services. A list of our services:
• Virtual Controller Functions:
o Internal financial procedures and reporting to effectively and efficiently monitor your business.
o Provide recommendations on cost controls and assist in the implementation of processes.
o Development and implementation of future growth strategies.
o General accounting procedures for internal and external reporting
• Traditional Accounting Services
o Year-end financial reporting compliance
o Bookkeeping services
o General and specific taxation plans and filings (Personal and Corporate)

Our ideal client is too busy working in their business and have no time to work on it. We will help them work on it, where they can decide whether or not they want to work in it.
Most of the accounting firms in our market are very old-school in focus, without basic websites and certainly without any social media presence. They are overwhelmed with the demand and thus not focusing on long-term client satisfaction since they already have too much business to deal with.

There are not many firms like us in our city; we want to be different and stand out. Please incorporate a bright accent colour so our brand will be set apart from other accounting firms.
