Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a basic logo for a high-end building company, something very basic, classy, sleek, modern, clean, and easy to transfer from internet or screen to clothing, letter heads. We develop and construct high end homes in the 800,000+ price range. Our company name is Luxe Constructions and we want to stick to basic colors: black, white, and grey only. We have tried a few logo design options, open to anything but basic is best. We have tried a LX logo, a house logo with shadow, but again, we are open minded to this and thought we would leave it to the experts. We don't necessarily need words with the logo however we want the option to later include the business name. Meaning the logo should be a symbol or abbreviated name/letters... would be nice to not always have to include the name or the option to take it out.
