Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'm opening a sports bar in Yucatan, Mexico next January. My sign with logo is going to cover the existing front window (photo of window attached), which is 78 inches wide and 58 inches tall. I've also attached a sketch I did of what I would like. A very light silhouette of Western Hemisphere in the background of the circle, making sure that Mexico is in the middle of the circle, with a star indicating where we are. I would like the font to be what I found, calle Mayan, which is at the bottom of the font list I have attached. I can forward if necessary. Then I would like to rows of flags of countries I list, around the globe, proportionally as flags are. Should be approx 50-60 flags, using the attached list. I would like a thin black line around the globe, and separating the two rows of flags, and around the outside row of flags. Then, I would like to rest of the sign/logo, to be the approx the same shade of yellow as the color of the building in the attached photo.
